This restaurant is definitely worthy of inclusion in your list. The food is excellent, the service friendly and efficient and the location lovely.

It's right on the river just before the bridge in Lunas and on a warm day you can dine on the terrace overlooking the river. The owner,who is Dutch, has been here for 25 years and is an excellent host. The mise en bouche was delicious and the meal was its usual high standard. I am a bit boring because since I discovered his rhubarb creme brule I ignore the rest of the dessert menu.

Plus's are that it is open for most of the year, Lunas is one of the prettiest villages around and it's a beautiful drive to get there.
