The larger French post offices  (including many in Languedoc) have  an internet facility.

You need to buy a card, then just insert it into any post office internet station.

Costs are about Euro 4 for the card, with refills at Euro 4 per hour.

Alternatively check out the Internet cafe guide. Internet cafes are, in general, cheaper than the post office.

Even cheaper is to connect your laptop to one of the many restaurant, hotel or cafe wifi networks.
