Le Bistro du Grézac is so popular with the locals that I advise you to
make
reservations.
The inside is cozy but we opt to sit on the sidewalk where
tables are lined up on both sides of the walk. A great place to people
watch. There are traditional recipes and fois gras, pork cooked in
lavender &
honey.
We both started with the huitres that were oysters from Bouzique. My
plat
was Moules a la Paisan, with lardons and creme fraiche. The wine was the
local Picpoul de Pinet.
J.s dish was another moules, called a la facon. We will certainly
return
as
well as to the Trois Salons.
