Rail

    Business index :

Languedoc has around 1500 km of rail track.

The main axis is NE to SW following the coast and linking major cities. These routes continue to Marseille, Lyon (Paris) and Barcelona.

There are links from Narbonne towards Toulouse and Bordeaux giving access to the Atlantic.

A TGV connection from the existing TGV line at Nimes to the Spanish border is under construction. The construction from the border to Barcelona is well advanced.
