AFEX regular payment scheme enables you to send smaller payments at the commercial rates. This is set up by direct debit and is transferred automatically each month.

To accommodate our clients, we do this twice each month so you can chose if you would like the funds debited at the start or middle of the month. Also you can chose to have your payments debited monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

The exchange rate is based on the commercial rate each month. We do not fix the rate for 12 month at tourist levels like our competitors; we will get you the best possible rate on the day each month.

The example below illustrates the savings that can be made as a result of using AFEX as apossed to a reputable high street bank and another foreign exchange provider to transfer smaller more regular amounts. Rates were obtained within a 5 minute period for comparison and are correct as of 01/09/05.

All clients will get their first transaction FREE OF CHARGE. Each transaction after this will incur a £10 fee per telegraphic transfer or £5 per foreign draft. We do not charge commission nor account set up or maintenance fees.

Do you have a minimum transaction size?

The minimum for spot transactions is £1,000. The minimum for forward buying is £10,000.00 and the minimum for monthly regular payments is £200.

What if I need my money early and its booked as a forward transaction?

When we order currency we include a 3 month window. This allows you to take delivery of your currency up to 3 months before the maturity date providing we are in receipt of cleared funds.

What if my property falls through and I no longer need the currency?

We would simply sell the currency back into the market. You may be required to pay the loss if the rate had moved against you.
